Object to Option A environment consents
24/3/10In addition to listed building consent Cornwall Council also needs environmental approvals under the Food & Environment Act and the Coast Protection Act before it can proceed with Option A. Deadline is 1st April.
Everyone who cares about the environment of the Battery Rocks area should object but objections from individuals and organsations with particular knowledge and expertise about the environment will be especially helpful. In particular, if you have seen any of the protected species mentioned in the following advice then you should write with that information.
