Breakdown of objections published
3/7/09Cornwall Council planning department has released the final details of the objections it received to the Route Partnership’s planning applications to build on Battery Rocks beach. Perhaps the most publicised planning applications in Penwith's history received 672 letters of objection and just 8 letters of support; that’s a massive 98.8% against!
The objections are grouped into to eight main categories and 55 sub categories; for the full details see the link below.
The planning applications were formally withdrawn on June 12th but the Route Partnership have continued to promote the scheme.
