Planning application to be considered on July 7th
9/4/09Cornwall Council have confirmed that the Route Partnership’s application to build on Battery Rocks beach will be considered for the first time at a meeting of the new “west area” planning sub-committee on July 7th.
Responsibility for processing the planning application has switched from Penwith District Council to Cornwall Council’s major projects planning office. The files have been transferred and the applications are now being processed by a team headed by Mr Dave Slatter, previously of Kerrier District Council.
Objections should however still be sent to the St Clare office in Penzance.
